BI Expels Japanese Fugitive Wanted For Illegally Recruiting Pinays

A Japanese fugitive wanted for trafficking and recruiting Filipino women to work as nightclub workers in his country was expelled and banned from returning to the Philippines.

Teruaki Nasu, 61, was deported to Tokyo aboard a Japan Airlines flight from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Immigration Commissioner Ricardo David Jr. said.

THE Bureau of Immigration has deported a Japanese fugitive wanted for trafficking and recruiting Filipino women to work as nightclub workers in his country.

Immigration Commissioner Ricardo David Jr. said Teruaki Nasu, 61, was deported to Tokyo on May 16 aboard a Japan Airlines flight from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

KINANSELA na ng Philippine Overseas Employment Agency ang lisensya ng 21 recruitment agencies samantalang suspendido naman ang 14 pa, dahil sa samu’t saring mga kaso ng paglabag sa batas ng pangangalap ng mga OFW patungo sa ibayong dagat.

Sa panayam ng Bantay OCW kay POEA Administrator Hans Leo Cacdac sa Radyo Inquirer 990 AM, idinagdag pa niyang nagsampa na ng kaso ang POEA laban sa Philglobal Manpower Development Corporation; CSM International Recruitment Services, Inc.; Gyron Crew, Inc.; Crosswind International Manpower Services at Acclaimed One Manpower and Recruitment Services.
